YES. When I hear dub-Zoro's voice, I don't see Zoro. I actually see someone like Jin from Samurai Champloo--older and considerably calmer. He just doesn't sound like a guy with green hair ought to sound.
I'll have to tell that one to mettathron. She lovingly refers to Crispin Freeman as "the King of Psycho Fruity Nutcases." She's still holding a grudge from the Slayers dub way back in the VHS days.
